Executive MBA education meets the needs of the organization to build managerial talent in the most effective and efficient manner available today. The alternating Friday-Saturday format allows maximum effectiveness on the job, while permitting a highly accelerated academic schedule. Moreover, the skills developed in courses are brought to bear almost immediately in the workplace.

Participants in the Executive MBA Program secure the Organizational Agreement of their employers to undertake the Program, in recognition of the time spent in class and in preparation of coursework.
