Regardless of any
financial support arrangement, the full balance must be received by
the University as due. The individual program participant retains the
responsibility to fulfill the financial obligation to the University. The University (not the program) charges late fees and interest on
outstanding amounts, and these cannot be reversed or waived. In
addition, students who have an outstanding balance of over $500 for a
previous semester, cannot be enrolled in the current semester and will
be unable to continue coursework (e.g. if a student has an outstanding
balance at the end of the Fall 2006 semester, we will be unable to
enroll that student in Spring 2007 coursework, and he/she will not be
able to attend Spring 2007 classes until the balance is paid).
